The following startups are being initiated at Iqra University, Chak Shahzad Campus, Islamabad, to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, research, community development, and sustainable social impact.

1. Sunshine Squad

Focus Areas:

Objective:
To develop innovative engineering and technology-based solutions that contribute to sustainable development, renewable energy, automation, and smart infrastructure while strengthening entrepreneurial and marketing capabilities.

2. Green Earth Plantation Drive

• Kitchen Garden Development

Objective:
To encourage environmental conservation by promoting plantation drives, sustainable gardening practices, and eco-friendly initiatives within the university and surrounding communities.

3. Threads of Hope

Objective:
To establish a socially responsible clothing brand dedicated to providing quality apparel for children from low-income families while promoting compassion and community support.

5. MJais Mental HealthCare

• Psychological Counselling
• Domestic and Verbal Abuse Support

Objective:
To promote mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development through counselling, awareness programs, workshops, and professional guidance.

6. MJais Travelling Agency

Focus Areas:

• Tour Planning and Management
• Transportation Services
• Accommodation Management
• Travel Logistics
• Operational Coordination
• Educational and Recreational Tours

Objective:
To professionally organize educational, recreational, and cultural tours by ensuring safe, efficient, and memorable travel experiences. The agency will coordinate all logistics for the upcoming Pakistan Summer Tour and future travel programs.

7. Naveera Ansar Masaajids

• Development of Modern Women’s Mosques
• Islamic Learning Resources
• Bookshop
• Coffee Shop
• Flower Shop
• Community Engagement and Spiritual Development

Objective:
To establish state-of-the-art women’s mosques that serve as inclusive community centers, integrating spaces for worship, learning, social interaction, and entrepreneurship through facilities such as bookstores, cafés, and flower shops.

These startup initiatives aim to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, research, community service, sustainability, and social responsibility among students of Iqra University, Chak Shahzad Campus. Through collaboration with industry, academia, and relevant stakeholders, these ventures will contribute to national development while providing students with practical experience and opportunities for professional growth.
